Web design (from £400 exc. VAT)
The cost for design and maintenance of your website starts at £400 depending on your requirements. This price includes the design and maintenance of the site until the conference has taken place. more info
Abstract Submission System (from £250 exc. VAT)
If you would like to include an abstract submission system with your website, these begin from around £250. This includes the interface for delegates to submit their abstracts and details, and the back end system to allow the chair to manage the submissions. more info
Refereeing & Review Systems (from £400 exc. VAT)
Once the submission deadline is over, you then may want to review the submissions, and what better way to do this than with an online review system starting from £400? This system allows reviewers to register on the system and then be allocated papers to review by the conference chair. All comments and feedback are then stored in a database and organised for ease of use. Again there is the back end element for managing reviews. more info
Registration System (from £400 exc. VAT)
The ability for your delegates to be able to register online is much more convenient, especially if it is a national or international conference. We can create a bespoke system to help you get the information you require from delegates attending your conference. There will also be an admin area to be able to manage registrations and make any neccessary amendments. more info
Session Selection System (from £200 exc. VAT)
It can sometimes be hard to judge who to allocate rooms to, as some presentations may be more popular than others. A session selection system will allow delegates to select which sessions they wish to attend and give you an idea of which presenters need the most space. If you have decided on your programme before registration opens though, this can be included in the online registration system. more info
